Short answer - no.

Longer answer - it's hit or miss and unsupported. The last stable OS to run CS5 successfully (without major issues) was 10.9 Mavericks.

Since then users have noted more and more issues with the application and OS compatibility.

Which Versions of Photoshop work w Sierra 10.12.3?

Can images created in CS5 be opened and worked-on in Photoshop’s CS6, and in Photoshop’s CC?
