What is the price for Adobe Photoshop CC you know about?

I do not know what you think Photoshop Elements is, but it is a lite version of Photoshop. And it’s for the unexperienced users, as it has a lot of automatisms built-in.

Photoshop CC is only available on a subscription base now. But at the time it was available for buying (Photoshop CS6 was the last version of this kind), it did cost, if my memory does not fail on me, around 700 (standard) to 1000 (extended) USD.

CS4 to CS6; CC 2015 requires around 1 GB of RAM.

It just depends on what "light" means.
If it means something that can be run smoothly on lower-end devices with 4 GB of memory and an entry-level processor, then the newest versions might run and could process very small images; smaller than 500 x500 pixels with less than 10 basic layers. Editing straight out of camera RAW or JPEGs could be a struggle.

Just check the minimum system requirements.
