Greetings,
is there a shortcut in photoshop to automating the slider movement without clicking on a number field? 🙂
Not really.
If you move the cursor over the value, you can however click-and-drag to change the value (scrubby slider).
Or, if you activate one value, you can then use Tab key to go to the next one and use keyboard to change values.
I hope this helps a little bit in your frustration 😉

Which sliders are you talking about specifically?
In the case of Opacity and Fill wouldn’t simply hitting the numbers keys be easier than using the sliders at all?

Which sliders are you talking about specifically?
Once the slider is active one can use the left- and right-arrow keys.

When the entry-field is active arrow-up and arrow-down can be used to increase and decrease the number.

What slider? Photoshop needs a way to know which slider you're trying to change.
