Issue when using the spot healing tool

Ever since installing the new PS update, I have been getting this message when spot healing on certain areas of my photo.

Try to reset the tool

Or rest the prefs of the entire app

Thank you for including the screenshot. My advice is to:

1. Reset your Preferences (Command K) -see screen capture-

2. If that doesn't work, then uninstall reinstall the application.
