Issue with cancelling my annual payment

Hey,

I'm having issues cancelling my Annual subscription for Photoshop. The cancel button isn't available on Manage Plan.

 

I've tried updating my billing account multiple times and it is correct but it still says that it needs updating.

 

It is after the 30 day period so now I'm constantly being charged, I can't pay it. I'm just looking to cancel it so it doesn't continue going up.
