Issue with filters on Photoshop CC 2019

Hello! I'm having an issue with Filters on Photoshop CC 2019. My laptop is MacBook Pro 2017, OS - Big Sur.

So when I select, for example, Liquify filter, it shows me the window of this filter BUT this is what I see. It occurs not only for Liquify, but for others except Camera Raw filter

Looks like I had conflicting PS versions for some reason. Just uninstalled all of them and installed the last one. Everything works fine for now.
