It seems that adobe recognize the card (GeForce RTX 2080 ti) but the program itself works slow sometimes shows rendering issues like part of the image is cropped while zooming or brushe red preview is not visible at all.
downgrading the photoshop fixes the issue. please help. the issue remains for 2 month I believe.
I went over all troubleshooting but they look old there are no menus such as Drawing Mode: in Performance Settings under graphic processor.
Please help
