Issues saving files in Photoshop 21.2 on macOS

I keep getting an error message when trying to save files. It doesn't happen all the time but when I open a new file, make an edit and try to save it I've been getting this error message. I don't use the Adobe cloud service as my company uses Box for cloud storage. Is there a way to shut off the temp file or Adobe cloud service? The work around is I have to rename the file in order to save it then delete the original files and rena

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the file saving issue, could you please go to the "System Preferences" of your Mac, then "Security and Privacy" and select the "Privacy tab". Once there, please select "Accessibility" from the list on the left and add Photoshop to the list by unlocking the window using the lock icon on the bottom left. Also, grant permissions to Photoshop under "Full disk access". Once done, restart the computer and let us know if that helps.
