Issues with Luminar and Topaz Labs plugins not visible in latest release?

Is anyone else having issues with accessing 3rd party plugins ie., Luminar AI and Topaz Labs? These were visible and working prior to latest update. I've walked through all of the typical procedures with uninstalling Photoshop and applications. Also have manually placed plugins in previously specified locations. I'd like to know if it's something on my end or are others in the community dealing with the same issue.

Eric, yes, I am having a problem with PS 2021 and Topaz and Skylum plugins not appearing in the Filter drop down menu on my 2020 Mac laptop with the M1 chip. I have worked with Adobe, Topaz and Skylum support with no success. The Software works independently and also on my 2018 desktop.

It might be OS specific, as I've had no issues with Windows 10
