Pelase explain what you did and what you want to achieve, maybe with the help of posted screenshots.

1. I imported data in Photoshop from data set.
2. Then I made changes in that data to fit my layout.

3. Next I generate Images.

4. Now I want that * changed data * from Photoshop dataset.

5 can I export that Data in Excel sheet for my future reference, in my case I have want to use that data somewhere else.

What data? Only Text Layer contents, something else, …? 

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?

A Script could be used to extract the contents from Type Layers in multiple files, but based on the information you have provided so far it seems pointless trying to elaborate.
