I have the same problem!  We as a company have an Abo. Few days ago, when I logged in, there was the comment: welcome as new customer. You can use the programs for few days and then decide to pay for it. Now I have 6 days left. And then what??? I have to work with these programms! So what to do now???It is impossible to find a contact to chat with REAL persons to solve this problem as soon as possible?
