keyboard shortcuts suddenly not working

Hi!

The zoom in, zoom out and invert keyboard shortcuts stopped working for apparently no reason and I can't figure out how to restablish them.  I've checked PS, Wacom and the keybord preferences, also the keyboard shortcuts menu  (those shortcuts are properly assigned),  but maybe I'm missing something...

I'm working on a Mac, with Catalina 10.15.1

Does anybody know what the problem could be?

Hi which version you installed ? or try to reset preferences or install 2020 version yet to check....regards

Hi, I have the same issue as of today; I can't use the space bar + CMD any more for zooming in, nor the space bar + CMD + option for zooming out. When I go to the shortcut settings in Photoshop en try to re-enter the shortcut combination with spacebar it says that 'the current key' (spacebar) cannot be used as a shortcut.

De-installing and reinstalling PS did not solve the bug.

How could I solve this?

Hello! I noticed the problem happened in Indesign too, so I restarted my computer (Mac) and the shortcuts are working again -pfiieww!

This is an issue many of us have also experienced. Restarting is the only solution I know of.
