known good Photoshop version before latest update

Anyone have the Photoshop version before the latest update.  The update isnt working with the user Im working with.  It just stalls out when I try to open it each time.  Thanks for your insight and any assistance in this matter.

Welcome to this friendly forum, as D Fosse indicated, some more information would help.

Which exact version of Photoshop and OS?

How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have?

Can you describe the issue and are there any error messages?

Have you tried resetting the Photoshop preferences?

You can easily install previous version of Adobe apps using Creative Cloud app by clicking overflow button (three dots) next to app name and choosing 'other versions'.
