its alway lagging when i try to add a text, and when i open photoshop its like an empty page no latters why does that happend to you guys 😞 ?

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible? 

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far? 

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

What OS version are you on? Check that you have the Adobe Cloud app up and running.

Reset Your OOBE Option 3

Reset Your Prefs (Mac - more thorough)

• Quit Illustrator (100% you must do this)
• Finder >> Go (hold down option to show hidden) >> library 
• Preferences>>   Adobe Illustrator 24 Settings (rename to Illustrator  24 Settings folder.old)
• Preferences >> Adobe  >>Adobe Illustrator (rename to Adobe Illustrator.old)
• Library- >> Caches >> com.adobe.illustrator (rename to com.adobe.illustrator.old)
• Library >> Application Support >> Adobe >> Adobe Illustrator 2X (rename to Adobe Illustrator 2X.old)

Black screen

• Rename CEP folder from /Library/Application Support/Adobe  to CEP.old
