all this while my pc ( lenovo i5, 8gb ram, 2 gb amd graphics card) was running all apps perfectly. all of a sudden my pc started restarting the second i start any of the adobe. can anyone help with this
That sounds like a bad driver update, and the obvious candidate is the video driver.
A hard restart, BSOD etc, is always caused by hardware or drivers. Applications can crash, but not take down the whole operating system. It's simply not possible in modern computer architecture.
