Latest Photoshop Issues

Hello, I have been reading that there are issues with the updated photoshop. I recently got a new laptop with Windows 10 and when I was installing Creative Cloud/Photoshop it was slower than usual and when I was working on pictures, he kept freezing and slowing down. Has there been any update on this issue?? Has it been resolved? Or is there any tips on how I can fix this issue? My older laptop and photoshop run much faster then the new one.
