Adobe Creative Cloud informed me there was an update for PS. I did the update that should add Neural Filters, Sky Replacement, the Discover Panel, Pattern Preview etc. None of them show up in PS, I have restarted my Windows 10 PC and followed the instructions on the page https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/whats-new/2021.html#KnownIssues but none of them show in Photoshop! Help please!
