In the midst of a project, (I know, I know) I  updated PS to 22.4.0 on my Windows 10 64 bit machine. Suddenly I can not save my newly created psd file, as a jpg. Before you say the file size is to large, it's a mere 1.4 mb. I am now forced to Save as a Copy to get a jpg version saved. Coincidence this happened right after my update? Anyone else experiencing anything similar?

This isn't solving your problem but it might help you out. The Adobe Creative Cloud app allows for multiple versions of Photoshop to be simultaneously installed. Perhaps you could install an earlier version to finish your project and solve this issue later?
