Latest update and psd's missing layers

Just updated LR, RAW and PS....what has happened?  Opening psd docs are missing the layers! Does not appear to effect all psd's but  many, and just 1 is too many! Help. The catalog was converted.

Hi there,

We're sorry for the missing layers from the PSD files. Could you please share one of the affected files with us?

Also, turn off the GPU from the Photoshop > Preferences > Uncheck GPU > Restart Photoshop.

Can not send POSD, too large. However, is the a snip of the doc showing no layers in this psd.

try edit>preferences>performance> unckeck use graphic processor

HELP! This is  a horror show, I have lost hours of work in the last few days because PS is losing the layers in psd docs.  A doc that I worked on the last few days saved ok, and then BOOM, today went to open the psd and no layers.  GONE hours!
