You'll need to provide a lot more detailed information, what exact version of Photoshop and OS do you have, can you post a screenshot to highlight the issue, I'll move the thread to the correct forum

Try opening the preferences: ctrl/cmd-k. For me just opening them will reset PS and show the normal workspace.
