Layers can not be transferred

how come in the new updated, you can not transfer layers in tab view, unlike before

Do you mean dragging a layer from one tab to another? It's still working the same way for me. I start dragging up to a tab, wait for it to switch to that document, than move down over the canvas and release. It's the last part of moving down onto the canvas that many people miss. If you drop a layer onto a tab is does not work (and did not in the past that I remember).

It's a known issue in version 21.2.1, it's not working for me either, Adobe updates = bugs
