I'd describe it as the best 'free' resource for learning Photoshop.  The content is excellent, but it is not organised as well as it might be.  Linkedin Learning is better as it has lots of structured courses, which I think is better for someone starting out, but I think you need a Linkedin Premium subscription to use it.

There’s some good stuff on YouTube and also some truly awful stuff by people who don’t understand what they are doing, so review carefully what you find that is free. Another tip: Photoshop changes and many people are confused by old videos where buttons have moved etc. A good training resource will start by telling you the version in use.
