I have updated Photoshop to latest software version expecting to find that in shapes it would have the full range available, it has just four, and not the one I need, Legacy is the file name. Any ideas where I can download these from?

I don't get that dropdown menu that youi show, mine starts at Rename Shape and ends with Export Selected Shapes.
