I have Photoshop and it was installed on 2 laptops. One of the laptops has broken beyond repair and the software was removed and installed on a new machine. I get a message saying "serial number is already in use by maximum allowed computers" and I can't use the programme. It is impossible to send an email or talk to anyone about this. I am not impressed by the customer service. Will someone please let me know what I can do. [Personal info removed by Mod]
What version of PS are you using? It sounds like CS6 or earlier. If you, you have to contact Adobe help and have them reset your licence. This isn't an issue with the subscription versions.
