Lighting effect problem "Default IDB.tif"

Hi everybody, I have a little problem with my lighting effect. Firstly, no matter which documents setting I apply when I start, PS sends me an error message (check my image), and after that, I have no lighting, my layer becomes black and even if I modify all the lighting settings, nothing changes.  

If someone knows what's happened before to call the PS support...

This is affecting some people (not all).

There was a fix issued in v21.1 but some say it is unresolved on their systems. You may wish to join the bug discussion below:
