Lightroom edit in photoshop crashes

I have rarely been able to get the edit in photoshop; open as smart obj; open as layers in PS to work from Photoshop.

I have made all the updates, but cannot figure out why it is crashing.

What's worse is that the crash reporter in PS doesn't even open when this happens. Maybe it is someting to do with the built-in Camera Raw?

I have attached the error file.

Any ideas?
