Hi folks,
Please take a look at the video linked below.
In it you can see i have a blue stripe over a yellow stripe.
When i change the blend mode to "difference", the area of intersection turns purple, but the rest of the blue stripe also turns red.
But if i turn off the white background, i have blue again. So i guess when you give a layer a blend mode, it effects how that layer interacts with everything below it in the layer stack.
But perhaps i ONLY want that blend mode to be effective on the layer right below it?
Is there an easy way to achieve that?
