Linking a 10-page local PDF file to an image in Photoshop CS6 to use as a clickable JPG?

I have no problem linking Hyperlinks to my Photoshop CS6 file but one of the images needs to point to a local PDF file when I output it to and HTML JPG.  Can seem to figure this part out.

Any help is greatly appreciated as time is of the essence.
