Liquify Brush - resizing issues with 21.2.3 and 21.2.4

So 21.2.4 fixed most issues with saving, and no longer lags on my desktop computer. I found bug when I go into the liquify window. When resizing with alt + right button mouse, if i make the brush size larger, it jumps to the right and vice versa if i make the brush size smaller it jumps left, it happens with the pressure too if I change pressure on the brush, it jumps up or down. 

Is this normal?
