Liquify - Disc error

I've tried using 'Liquify' by opening a picture in Photoshop, within 'render' & 'clouds' and also paint.  I always get the disc error.  Someone help me!!

You need to provide more information, what exact version of Photoshop and operating system do you have and what are your computer system specs, the more info you supply the easier it is for someone to help you

As stated, I can give the 3 colors if someone can liquify them.  It's an easy task.
