Liquify Doesn't Work Properly While Working in PSD Files

When I work in psd files and liquify a smart object, if I move it, it then loses the liquify changes I made.  I also can't use two filters at the same time.  If I have a blur on the smart object and then try to liquify, it will only show the blur.  When is this going to be fixed?!?!
