Liquify not working - im really annoyed.

liquify is not working and most of the times adobe resets my preffrences to default before launching the application, many times it dont even export my files to ive to save them in format.

Without any system information nobody can tell you anything about these misbehaviors, but to be honest it simply sounds like your system is seriously underpowered or otherwise not ideal for PS.

I've never seen Photoshop reset preferences without manual intervention.

It will though disable the GPU if it cannot detect a viable processor.

What GPU do you have? I  addition, please start Photoshop then go to Help - System info and press copy. Then paste the info here.
