Hello!

Problem with Liquify filter. Image did not open in Photoshop filter Liquify. I found in forumScreenshot 2021-01-14 181222.jpg that needs updating driver. When I did it, the photo now opens but shows a "disk error".

And so:

  1. Driver is updating (version 20.19.15.5166)
  2. „Use Graphics Processor” is checked
  3. Graphic card - Intel  HD Graphics 4600

Where to look for a problem?

I solved the issue in a different way - I checked out in Performance "Use native operating system GPU acceleration" and Liquify Face aware started working.

Your video RAM is well below minimum requirements. You should have 2GB of video memory.

Your video card may also not be supported in the new version of Photoshop

Switching between using GPU acceleration and not is a way to get by when your graphics card is not updated and/or supported. While off PS may be stable but some features require it.

It quickly becomes a nuisance.

You should check to make sure the drivers are up to date - this sometime resolves.
