Locked file issue when trying to batch edit.

I've had this ongoing issue that I have not been able to solve or find a solution to it.

I am trying to batch edit photos straight from the SD card or from the main drive which I have been able to do in the past but recently the attached warning.

I have OneDrive on Windows but I don't use it, have not logged into it and have it turned off. It's even where I have directed the automation to save the edited images to.

One solution suggested it was the Anti-virus software and to delete Avast but I don't have it. I'm using Kaspersky.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, so I have been abale to sort out the issue. I navigated to my One Drive folder through the directory and checked "allow access" to the folder. No idea why it denied access in the first place. Hope this helps someone else.

I would not recommend working direct from SD card.

Can you post a cropped screenshot of the relevant batch settings?

Can you post post a cropped screenshot of the action steps, with any save command in the action expanded?

Perhaps try Image Processor or Image Processor Pro scripts as an alternative to Batch.
