Looking for Photoshop manual (PDF)

We used to be able to get the Photoshop or any other App Manual.  What happened why we're unable to get the PDF Manual anymore?

Adobe has decided not to make PDFs anymore. Here is the last PS PDF manual (1017 pages). Be sure to download it.

Also if you do a Google search with  "helpx" at the end, the first hit usually will be the HTML manual. 

"Photoshop layers helpx" finds this:
