Lost useful editing tools

ive been editing work but relised that ive lost the eye dropper tool as it says it can only do 3D materials. I have also lost the tools of smudge and blur and all of the other useful tools. Does anyone know how i can fix this and chnage it back to the original settings ?

Go to Window and change the workspace to essentials
