So I think an update to my Mac may have killed Photoshop for me. It launchs just fine, but when I compose a new document or open one, I get just an empty screen (see screenshot) Photoshop is up to date and I have already re-installed it a couple of times and rebooted, to no avail.

Thanks for the help!

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this, that doesn't sound good. As you see an empty screen whenever to create a new document in Photoshop, could you please try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

Sahil
