Photoshop 21.2 only work on the supported operating systems mentioned in this tech note: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements.html#MinimumsystemrequirementsforPhotoshop

Since the Mac OS 11.0 is in its beta phase we cannot comment or troubleshoot issues with Photoshop.
