Manual Installation of Plug-Ins and Extensions on PS 2021

I am running PS 2021 on a Mac mini with the M-1 chip.  I have a number of third party apps that I have already downloaded (the latest versions of programs I already had running on my previous I-Mac).  How do I manually install these programs since they did not come through the Creative Cloud app?  Thanks for your assistance.

Hi just simply load them in the suggested folder if they are for photoshop it will be detected by it...regards
