MBL Pro .8bf Plug-in Not Showing Up In FIlter Menu

Hi

I'm trying to install this plugin to Photoshop CC 2020 v 21.1 underOSX Catalina 10.15.3:

which comes as a .8bf file.

I've tried putting the file in both:

/Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2020/Plug-ins

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CC

But both locations, the plugin does not show up in the Filters menu in Photoshop CC.

Is there a way to get this plugin working in CC 2020?

Have you asked the developer? Its probably unsigned so you'll have to jump through hoops.
