Menu Bar Missing since upgrade to 2020

Hi, I have searched the posts, i only have AMD Drivers and on Windows 10. I finally updated to 2020 Photoshop and whatever i do, theres no menu bar at the top, how do i enable it?

See if: View > Screen Mode > Full Screen Mode with Menu Bar gives you what you want.

Update- I did that but still no menu bar!

Does the menu bar appear if you select Windows > Workspace > Essestials, or Windows > Workspace > Reset Essentials?

Thank you but I had to go back to 2019 as I had to edit some clients work. Its difficult because people are helpful on here, like yourself, but i had to get the edits done. I could try again
