Merging the timeline

So today in photoshop during class, we were learning to make animations in the latest version. We were learning how to condence the timeline onto the same layer instead of having 15 different layers for each frame. I don't know why, but it's not letting me drag the frames onto the same spot in the timeline. I've tried looking up the issue but I can't find anyone with this issue and my professor doesn't seem to know what to do either. Is there someone who can help?

I figured it out. Just had to make a video group manually and move the frames into it. Sorry....
