Il ne m'est plus possible d'utiliser les outils et calques de photoshop une fois mon image ouverte dans Photoshop. Le logiciel m'indique "Impossible d'effectuer cette opération en raison d'une erreur du programme" Pourriez-vous svp m'aider à solutionner ce problème car je ne peut plus utiliser Photoshop... Merci d'avance.

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
