Met a shake when using Zoom and Hand Tool (error)

I have the exact same type of problem, both when using a Wacom tablet and a mouse. So far no fix, driving me nuts.

I'm not seeing the issue with either the mouse or Wacom tablet using Photoshop version 22.4.3 on Windows 10

What exact version of Photoshop and operating system do you have and what are you computer system specs, have you tried updating your GPU driver from the manufacturers website
