Meu photoshop está extremante lento

Olá amigos. O meu photshop se encontra extramamente lento para salvar arquivos, criar objetos inteligentes e até mesmo as vezes pra mover algumas camadas. Já fiz a reinstalação do programa, formatei o computador e nada resolve.

Obs: Meu pc é um Ryzen 7 2700 (eight core) c/ 16gb de ram, GTX 640 e HD's ssd 480gb e 1tb (convencional).

Já fiz todos os testes possiveis de hardware, tanto no HD, memoria, stress e placa de video. Ele não esquenta e funciona perefeitamente em todos os outros programas/jogos. Não sei mais o o que fazer 😕

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue? 

What have you done for Photoshop performance and for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far?
Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
