In reading about how to use the adjustment brush in Adobe Camera Raw (PS 2017 CC), I realized that the "auto mask" button is missing at the bottom of the Adjustment Brush panel (although the regular "mask" button is present). I have tried to find out why via searches, but no luck. Can anyone tell me why this is missing, and is it possible to add it? Thanks.

Maybe you just need to use the scroll bar to reveal the Auto Mask button.

I like your snow scene RK. We have been hearing about the cold weather in the northern hemisphere on our TV news with reports from the USA and the UK. They even have snow in Istanbul which is a similar latitude to Madrid, and at sea level! It hasn't snowed where I live since the last ice age.

@davew80676154 did you figure this out? Scrolling down didn't solve my issue.

Hello, in ACR 12.3 and following versions, the auto mask button can be found if you click on the disclosure triangle next to the brush size slider, alongside other options.
