I have recently downloaded PS v22. 0 and the move tool is not working. I can make a selection but when trying to move it will move fractionally and then snap back to original position. This means i'm not able to do the most basic tasks.
After a little research, this is a fault that has been around for yeas but there seems not to be any satisfactory answers on other threads.
Can anyone help, I am not experienced enkugh with PS to de-bug this on my own.
