My entire band aid icon has disappeared.

My entire band aid icon has disappeared. I reset my essentials workspace in CS6 extended. The band aid did not come back.  I do not have three dots to right click on as I read about.  I looked in Windows/Workspace/Keyboard shortcuts & menus/Tools.  The tools are there.  What chould I try now?

If you CS6 toolbar is not working try resetting your CS6 preferences

Right-click the Content Aware Move tool "J" and select either the Healing Brush or Spot Healing Brush from the shortcut menu.
