my panels and plugins disappear

i cant find my plugins or panel like Luminar Ai, nick collection, Portraiture, and other thanks to the latest update.  anyone know how to fix this or how to find them?

As you know it is a third party plug-ins, so you need to install the missed plug-ins again for the new version if it is available for this version.

All my filters and panels are gone in 22.3

I have the same problem. for me the solution was to install a lower version of photoshop. I installed version 22.2 so that all plugins and panels work. i use a mac mini with apple m1 chip and mac os big sur. on a windows device all panels work even with the latest photoshop version ... strange
