You're using Photoshop as a trial version

Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.0.3 20200115.r.91 2020/01/15: 21f283574f6 x64

The only version of Photoshop available for the trail is version 21.2.2

License Type: Tryout Version

Version 21.0.3 was released in January so you must be using a Pirated/illegal version

I see that you use Illustrator and Premiere Pro as well, one can only assume that they are pirated/illegal copies as well. You should give this a read

That's very odd. Have you tried reinstalling Photoshop, and if that doesn't work uninstall,  use the Creative Cloud cleaner, then reinstall?
